Sml - Small - max 120 sqm - ie single storey house, 1-2 bedrooms, apartment/studio

Med - Medium - max 240 sqm - ie 3-4 bedrooms

Lrg- Large - max 360 sqm - ie 5 or more bedrooms

For houses over 360 sqm please advise the size in sqm to quote the cost.
